PFS opened its doors, unofficially, in September of 2007 as an alternative for candidates calling into local Dallas/Fort Worth mortgage companies. As loan  products and programs started to disappear, a group of loan officers wanting to help their clients started performing loan modifications. After the great success at this first round of modifications, the company incorporated and started doing strictly loan modifications and principle reductions.

 We found, what you as a lay person has inevitably discovered, that loan modifications and the successful completion of said modifications are not easy to execute. The main reason for the trouble in completing a loan modification is the lender not wanting to approve and the difficulty to which they make the process of approval.

 As a company, we have gone through the “growing pains” of learning what can and cannot be done with a loan modification. This is something that a lender will not tell you until the end of the process when they let you know if you have been approved or not. WE HAVE ALREADY DONE THE LEG WORK FOR YOU.

We are owned and operated by former top producing loan officers and every file is touched at least once by a principle owner of the company.
